Office Mate
New office mate...from an exhibit I just disassembled at work...

SNICKERDOODLES
1 1/2 cups shortening
2 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
4 1/8 cups flour
1 Tbsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1. Mix shortening, sugar and eggs together. Sift and stir in flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
2. Roll in balls; rolls balls in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 440 degrees for 9 minutes.

No-Bakes
2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 cube margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pinch salt
1. Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine in saucepan. Boil for 1 minute (rolling boil).
2. Remove from heat and add other ingredients.
3. Stir until you can drop onto waxed paper in spoonfuls. Let set.
