Baaaad Company

Meet my newest office mate:

I've named her Suzie in honor of my favorite human co-worker. Human Suzie passed Sheep Suzie on to me when she left this job to embark on a new adventure. Sheep Suzie keeps me company throughout the day in my large lonely office. I've sort of taking a liking to this animal and have gone on the hunt for sheep accessories. Came across these lovely animal print pillows from Pine Cone Hill.

Chairity Case

I finally sold these chairs on Craigslist--it took me three weeks and a dozen email exchanges--and now I miss them. Sellers remorse?

Nothing like buying new stuff to make me feel better about my missing items. I am  currently eying these beauties at Chairish covered in Lime Trees fabric or maybe a simple Swiss Cross. Actually, speaking of Swiss Crosses check out this gorgeous bedding:

Stuck in my head...

This is by far my favorite version of Moon River. What an amazing band; Check them out!

Cat love

A few photos from our weekend trip to the San Antonio Mission in the "Valley of the Oaks."

Love the art found all around the grounds...

But my favorite part was encountering these beautiful cats that helped themselves into the chapel. Turns out the cats, Rosario and Spirit, have an interesting story. Check it out here.

Mission Possible

I took this photo at work yesterday. Just downloaded it and got to thinking about all the beautiful Mission Revival designs out there, from furniture to hardware...

 1. Plate // 2. Lamp // 3. Sign // 4. Tile // 5. Home // 6. Bracket // 7. Door Pull

Office Mate

Here he is--my new office mate! I'm no longer all by my lonesome since this guy moved in. He came from an exhibit I just disassembled at work. I have to admit, I'm loving the company...

Speaking of office mates, check out the awesome Mad Men Barbie doll set.

These paper office dolls are pretty clever too.
